2. Categories of Personal Data
The information processed depends on the channel you use and the nature of your request.
- Identity and contact data: name, surname, phone number and email address.
- Request and reservation data: message content, reservation notes, contact date and time.
- Technical data: IP address, device, browser, page access, error and security logs.
- Usage preferences: the theme choice stored in your browser.
3. Purposes of Processing
Personal data may be processed to receive and complete reservation or information requests, communicate with you, plan services, maintain site security and technical continuity, manage disputes and meet legal obligations.
4. Collection Method and Legal Grounds
Data may be collected directly from you through phone, email and WhatsApp communications, or automatically and partly automatically through browser, local storage and hosting system records when you use the site.
Processing is based on the legal grounds in Article 5 of Law No. 6698, including necessity for entering into or performing a contract, compliance with a legal obligation, establishment or protection of a right, and legitimate interests that do not harm your fundamental rights. Where consent is required, processing takes place only with your consent.
5. Transfers and Recipients
Data may be shared, only where necessary for the stated purpose, with hosting and technical support providers, communications providers selected by you and competent public authorities where legally required.
If you use third-party services such as WhatsApp, Google Maps, YouTube, Instagram or Facebook, your information may be processed within that provider's infrastructure and under its privacy terms. Some infrastructure may be located outside Türkiye.

7. Your Rights Under KVKK
Under Article 11 of Law No. 6698, you may submit a request to the data controller to exercise the following rights.
- Learn whether your personal data is processed and request information about processing.
- Learn the purpose of processing and whether data is used accordingly.
- Know the third parties to whom data is transferred in Türkiye or abroad.
- Request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data.
- Request deletion or destruction when the conditions apply and notification of these actions to recipients.
- Object to a result against you produced exclusively by automated analysis.
- Claim compensation where unlawful processing causes damage.

You may send a request describing your identity and request to hello@safirbeach.com. Additional information may be requested to verify your identity and protect your data. Requests will be reviewed as soon as possible and no later than 30 days, depending on their nature.
